And even that one should be carefully evaluated; we tend to be our own harshest critics. Try not to hang on to painful memories and bad feelings - this is a surefire way to encourage negative thoughts and bad moods. Some of the weaknesses you may also be able to change, if only you worked at them, one at a time, over the course of a month or even a year. Ask for help if you can't get past a need to be perfect. Developing self-esteem is a life-long process; it begins in childhood and evolves through adulthood.
